Silver gelatin print depicting Blondin during a book signing of his masterpiece Un singe en hiver, published by Éditions de la Table ronde in 1959, and awarded the Prix Interallié in November of that same year.
The document is enhanced in the upper right margin with a dedication from the author in blue ink:
"For René, with the friendship of a drunken monkey [sic]. Antoine Blondin."
