Diane's Ribeye

Pan-fry with butter, salt, and pepper on the meat

Shallots, not onions, sauté

Ribeye steak

Flamber Armagnac or Cognac

Remove meat

leave the shallots and crushed capers inside

+ chopped parsley

Mix and let brown

1 tablespoon of consommé

English sauce

Put the meat back in just to heat through
