Rock Around the Bunker remains, in Gainsbourg's career, a unique album. A young Jew who had to wear the yellow star during the war, the artist decided, thirty years after the end of the conflict, to dedicate an entire album to Nazi Germany, which he describes with irony, humor and cynicism through ten danceable tracks.
