Radiguet is referring here to the ballet Les Mariés de la tour Eiffel , created collectively in 1921 by Georges Auric, Arthur Honegger, Darius Milhaud, Francis Poulenc, and Germaine Tailleferre, with a libretto by Jean Cocteau (to which Radiguet contributed), and for which Irène Lagut designed the sets.
