Common sense

Gather the broken glass that cries for help

and the dry egg that plays backgammon

and tell yourself that

on the other side of the horizon that beats its wings like a piano

the aliens copper stalactites encrusted with chicken

asking for directions with horrible gnashing of teeth

which recall the sobs of the artichoke that we are going to roast

and who pulls his hair out with a nutcracker.

Thus the pebble conscious of its antiquity

because Caesar held it in his stomach hands

like a sparrow fallen from the nest

ask all the echoes of red ink

the look of the year that sweats its oil

like a mayonnaise king

like a chair of flour.
