The tomb said to the rose: – What do you do, flower of love, with the tears that dawn bathes you in ? The rose said to the tomb: – What do you do with what falls into your ever-open abyss?
The rose said: – Dark tomb,
From these tears I make in the shadows
A perfume of amber and honey.
The tomb said: – Plaintive flower,
From each soul that comes to me
I make an angel of heaven!
