It was during this period that he formed a friendship with Serge Gainsbourg, with whom he shared the same Russian culture. He then entrusted him with the illustration for his album "Confidential" (1964).
Recently discovered in the family archives, this photo has never been revealed.
The series from which it comes, reveals behind the scenes of the making of this major and minimalist album: from the intimacy of the composer to the work at home , to its recording in the studio.
