Serge Gainsbourg poses next to an article about his song "Le Poinçonneur des Lilas".

In 1963, a meeting with producer Jacques Canetti led Nicolas Treatt to photograph the leading musicians and performers of the Parisian scene. It was during this period that he forged a friendship with Serge Gainsbourg, with whom he shared a common Russian cultural background.

He then entrusted him with the illustration of his album "Confidential" (1963).

Recently discovered in the archives of Nicolas Treatt, this photograph, taken in the family apartment at 55 Avenue Bugeaud, had never been revealed.
