An interesting and curious collection very characteristic of Anouilh's preparatory work before writing his plays: plans and drafts, ideas jotted down haphazardly on paper, scenes to be made, episodes, phrases and lines to be placed, character of the characters etc. with numerous character sketches and a large drawing representing a theatrical scene.

A dozen pages concern the play Colombe (1951) but other projects are also mentioned, notably La Nuit solitaire and La Polka des cocus .

We are enclosing two corrected typed sheets, one of which is for Antigone.
