“My dear Arnoux, I read with great pleasure what you inserted about me in La Patrie du 15: I recognize there your benevolence which did not fail me, when encouragement was rare and which I still find Today. I will in turn praise you for the composition of your article and the simple and striking way in which you have captured the spirit of the ceremony. Thank you a thousand times my dear friend, looking forward to shaking your hand. Your all devoted. Ugh. Delacroix. »
