Founded by Andy Warhol and Gérard Malanga in 1969, Interview provided readers with interviews with artistic celebrities carried out by its founder Warhol, as well as the excitements of underground and punk life in New York, the Factory, Studio 54, etc.
In May 2018, after almost fifty years of publications, Interview , an iconic magazine of the avant-garde pop scene, was placed in liquidation.
American actor Brad Davis is best remembered for his role as Billy Hayes in Alan Parker's film Midnight Express. Role which earned him the Golden Globe award for male revelation of the year 1979.
