Copyright Autographs of the Centuries

The photographic images displayed on the Autographes des Siècles website may be protected by copyright, industrial property rights, related rights, personality rights, moral rights, ownership rights, or any other rights belonging to a third party. Their reproduction by users of the Autographes des Siècles website is authorized only for private use or for illustrating non-commercial educational or research work in any form whatsoever (e.g., lectures, presentations, theses). Their reproduction is also authorized for illustrating personal, non-commercial websites.

A photo credit must be included on each reproduction or representation of photographic images. The photo credit must be placed next to the reproduced image or in the illustration table provided for this purpose, clearly indicating the page or location where the image is reproduced. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or modification of all or part of the photos presented on the Autographes des siècles website, for the purpose of public dissemination (excluding the "educational" and "personal website" uses mentioned above) or for commercial purposes, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited.
